Order Status

When will my order be shipped and when will it arrive ?

Our order processing time ranges from 2-3 business days (not including weekends and holidays).  During processing time your order is picked, pulled, quality checked and packaged. 

*During peak seasons( Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Thrēo sales) Processing time may be extended by 3 business days.

Once your order is packaged and labeled, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information.

Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to be visable on USPS or UPS websites.

Shipping times:

Shipping times vary based on location and can range anywhere from 2 - 5 days based on the shipping options selected at checkout.

Shipping cost:

  • Orders over $150 will have free shipping.
  • Orders under $150 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method.

Express Shipping $10.99

 

Why is my order shipped out in multiple packages?

On occasion some items may be on backorder at the time your order was placed. Your order may be shipped out in separate packages when it is fulfilled once certain items are ready to be shipped. You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information every time your order is partially shipped. There is no additional shipping charge when your order is split into multiple shipments.

Can I pick up my order in person?

We offer local pick up. At time of checkout select the local pick up option. Once your order is out of processing (1-2 business days) you will receive an email notification that your order is ready for pick up.

How can I subscribe to your newsletter to stay updated on new launches, sales and promotions?

Simply add your email address in the pop up on the Threoskin.com homepage and earn 20% off your first order with us.

We use email and SMS to send you updates, promotional offers and other marketing communications. If you no longer wish to subscribe to Thrēo emails, you can unsubscribe simply by clicking on the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of any of our marketing emails. You can text “Stop” to unsubscribe SMS marketing.

What is the Thrēo Rewards Program?

The Thrēo Rewards Program is our free rewards program where you can earn points on all your product purchases and redeem your points towards any purchase at Threoskin.com at checkout or for a free rewards item.  Please be sure to set up and activate your Thrēo account in order to access your rewards and points.

How can I earn more points?

You can earn bonus points by following our Instagram @threoskin. Keep an eye out on our Instagram @threoskin or subscribe to our newsletter to receive notifications on upcoming Double Points or Triple Points Days.

How can I shop DMK + SkinBetter?

DMK + Skinbetter can only be shopped in person at the Thrēo Pasadena location and is only available to current Thrēo clients upon approval by one of our estheticians.
