How long will my shipment take?
All items have a 1-2 business day processing time. Items will be shipped after that processing time. We currently ship all items via USPS or UPS with tracking, unless otherwise noted.
Can I return a product?
We do not offer returns at this time.
We are a skin care company and take pride in our products. We have done our best to provide accurate descriptions of each product and have done our research on each supplier, however everyone's skin has different needs. If you are unsure about any of our products, please book a consultation with one of our estheticians. If an item is damaged during the shipping process, please send us photos along with your order number to info@threoskin.com and we will work with our stockists to get a new package out to you as quickly as possible.
When do you open your booking calendar?
We book 45 days out and give priority to our current clients.
